US 7 [4.5 mm] needle of choice for knitting small circumference in the round

Gauge:
18 Sts and 24 Rows = 4" square in Stockinette stitch, knit flat, and lightly blocked.
Notes:
Body is worked flat from the bottom up, in one piece to underarm. Sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up, then joined to the body and raglan decreases are used to shape the yoke. Stitches are picked up along the front edge and button/buttonhole bands are worked. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neck and neck band is worked.
