In light of recent developments to New Hampshire's state-wide COVID-19 directives, we wanted to update our valued customers on what this means for Harrisville Designs in the coming months.

To keep our staff and local customers safe, our retail store location in Harrisville is now closed to all in-person and curbside orders until May 5th. We know many will be saddened by this temporary measure, but we want to ensure our community is kept as healthy as possible during this time. Once our state has determined it safe, we eagerly look forward to seeing you for classes and in-person visits.
Our website will continue accepting new orders, and we will be processing all as promptly as possible. We are committed to prioritizing the health of our essential functions at Harrisville Designs, and will be vigilant in maintaining all guidelines, as we have done in the previous weeks.
Currently, our Harrisville Designs offices will be unable to answer customer service phone calls, however, we want to continue helping you in the best ways we can. We will be available for any customer service needs via email at help@harrisville.com, or through this message pageso please reach out to us if you have any questions, or need help in any way.  We are experiencing higher than usual inquiries. There is a delay in responding to each and every one of these messages. Please refrain from sending duplicate messages in order to answer your concerns. We will get back to you.
Keep up with us on our Facebook and Instagram pages as we continue showing our favorite felting, weaving, crochet, and knitting projects. We are keeping a close eye on any developing changes, and will continue to update through both those pages, and our eletter here, if we receive any further guidance on best practices from the state.
