In light of recent developments to New Hampshire's state-wide COVID-19 directives, we wanted to update our valued customers on what this means for Harrisville Designs in the coming months.
To keep our staff and local customers safe, our retail store location in Harrisville is now temporarily closed to all in-person and curbside orders. We know many will be saddened by this temporary measure, but we want to ensure our community is kept as healthy as possible during this time. Once our state has determined it safe, we eagerly look forward to seeing you for classes and in-person visits.
Our website will continue accepting new orders, and we will be processing all as promptly as possible. We are committed to prioritizing the health of our essential functions at Harrisville Designs, and will be vigilant in maintaining all guidelines, as we have done in the previous weeks.
Currently, our Harrisville Designs offices will be unable to answer customer service phone calls, however, we want to continue helping you in the best ways we can. We are experiencing higher than usual inquiries. There is a delay in responding to each and every one of these messages. Please refrain from sending duplicate messages in order to answer your concerns. We will get back to you.

We are keeping a close eye on any developing changes, and will continue to update through both those pages, and our eletter here, if we receive any further guidance on best practices from the state.
