Shipping methods and timing: We normally ship most products within 3 - 5 days. (Please call for delivery time for floor looms.) We ship via UPS unless we can get a cheaper rate for you through the post office or unless you specify a different carrier. Books are usually shipped via the Post Office.

you may exchange or return them for a full refund less any shipping

Floor Loom Guarantee
There is a 5 year unconditional guarantee on all of our floor looms
to the original purchaser. We will replace any defective part for up
to 5 years from date of purchase.
